In addition to commercial experience and drive you will need to be able to motivate others, manage teams and maintain effective relationships with landlords, vendors and buyers!
In order to complete your journey to becoming a Franchisee you will be expected to go through a number of key steps-
Step 1

Complete the Franchise Application Form and return it to us at- 26 Chapel Ash, Wolverhampton, WV3 OTN
Step 3
Upon receipt of your application pack we will conduct some initial screening in order to ensure that your details are correct and then schedule a meeting with you to discuss your application. This is an ideal opportunity for both parties to get to know each other and share information.
We shall also begin to share more detailed financial information upon completion of a Confidentiality Agreement in order that you can begin work on putting your business plan together. We shall also begin to share the Franchise Agreement with you. We will also share with you in detail all the financial information that you will require in order to put a business plan in place.
Step 4
We would expect our prospective Franchisees to present their Business Plan to the Goodchilds Team in order to discuss in more detail the viability of this exciting opportunity.
Step 5
Assuming that the Business Plans look in good shape we will action the legal process with your legal advisor.
Step 6
Once the legal formalities are completed and fees paid we shall work with you to ensure that your chosen office location is suitable. We shall then work with you to ensure that the office is refurbished to the Goodchilds standards.
Step 7
Whilst your office is being refurbished we will put in place the Training Programme for you and your management team that will focus heavily on a 6-8 week intensive programme at our Head Office in the Midlands. We shall also work with you to ensure that you recruit and train a successful team.
Step 8
During your office refurbishment and training we shall also implement a full PR and marketing package that will ensure that your business is launched with a bang!
