Whilst Goodchilds are one of the largest independent sales and lettings agents in the Midlands our franchisees often live in the same communities as their offices. Steve Rowe; franchisee of the Bloxwich office has lived in the Bloxwich/Walsall area for over 30 years and values and feels part of the local community.
