Sutton Coldfield

Headed by Mark Johnson and his team - the Sutton branch got off to a flying start selling its first property for over £300,000 in under 72 hours of it coming on the market.  Mark explains that he and a number of his team live within Sutton Coldfield - giving them years of local market knowledge and a competitive edge over many other local agents.

Lichfield

Owning a property portfolio of his own Jason Shelley; director of Goodchilds Lichfield already knew the importance of maximizing rental yields. He had seen many agents over valuing rental properties and their clients having voids of 6 weeks and sometimes in excess of two months. 

As a landlord himself Jason knows that when a property is empty it is not producing any rent -- but if there is a mortgage - the bank still want paying by you; the landlord.  With this In mind and it being Goodchilds practice Jason is keen to market properties for the maximum rental price that is achievable to keep voids to a minimum.

Being the latest Goodchilds office to open in 2009 - it is not only surrounded by our existing network of 10 branches but also our other new branches for 2009; Sutton and Lichfield.
